Return Policy

All returns must be in their originalpackaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is anynoticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. Our goal is one-hundredpercent customer satisfaction.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations Actof 2000 does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to aconsumer's specification". We are therefore unable to accept any returnsfor personalised items unless we make an error or there is a fault with thegarments. If you think you have received faulty goods, please contact us forfurther instructions.

Blank products can be returned to uswithin 7 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item. Please contactcustomer services with your order number if you would like to return blankitems and they will provide further instructions.

Shipping charges for products returned:All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee.Our shipping charges include packaging and we do not reimburse shippingcharges.

Refund policy

If youare not happy with your purchase then just return the product to us and we'llexchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originallyplaced and paid for the order. Please see below for products excluded from thispolicy.

Under theDistance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumerrights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7working days of receipt. This does not includes any delivery charge, andexcludes the products listed as exceptions below.

Terms & conditions

It'simportant that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleablecondition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging andlabels, and that it's undamaged and unused 

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We can'toffer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the followingitems:

  • products which have been personalised for you
  • made to order products
  • printing order
  • embroidery order

Where aproduct has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable torefund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for theseorders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed.

This doesnot affect your statutory rights.
